This line graph provides information about massive1 migration from the countryside to cities over the period of 25 years, which takes place in Iran, Indonesia and Russia, and brings data about probable figures of this tendency in the foreseeable future.
As the general trend we can see that the amount of people changing their places of living will be increasing in all of the countries. However, the speed of this change follows a different pattern in each country. For example, the process of moving to the urban areas in Indonesia grows quite moderately. By 2025, the number of Indonesian citizens is predicted to constitute 30 million of people, while the number of citizens in Russia and Iran will be far ahead, accounting for around 90 million. Moreover, from 2020 to 2025 the migration in Indonesia remains flat2 (30 million), whereas the movement in other countries is skyrocketing: Iran reaches about 95 million of citizens, which exceeds the Russian rates by up to 7 million. Also, we notice some crossing in the rates. In 2020 the figures of migration in Russia and Iran will reach the same point, constituting 80 million.
To cut a long story short3, since 2000 the indices of people moving from rural to urban areas are4 going up, even though every country has its own rate of change.

- Слово massive имеет яркий оценочный характер. Помните, что в первой части IELTS Writing нам нельзя высказывать своё мнение/отношение и проводить какой-либо анализ.
- «Migration… remains flat» не совсем передаёт то, что по прогнозам она фактически прекратится. Тут всё же лучше было сказать, что люди вовсе перестанут уезжать в крупные города. Как вариант: «Migration… is predicted to stop completely/altogether».
- Хорошая фраза сама по себе, но её не стоит употреблять ни в первой, ни во второй части IELTS Writing, так как она является сугубо разговорной.
- Since — маркёр перфектного времени, так что «… since 2000 the indices… have been going up…»

Безусловно, сильная работа. Из рекомендаций — всё же разнести большой параграф на два поменьше, воздержаться от оценки происходящего и следить за регистром (formal/informal).
