The graphs given1 illustrate changes in numbers of people living on Earth from 1800 to 2100 and the population rate in the regions of different development indicators (2015-2040). The units are presented in millions of people.
As regards the first graph, the basic trend of the world population level is upward followed by a slight decrease in numbers during the last 60 years. It is noticeable that the demographic mark displays gradual increase over the period of 1800 to 2040. The highest point is registered near 2040.
Speaking about the bar chart, it shows that generally the population growth is more significant in developing areas. The graph demonstrates a steady rise in the number of people occupying developing regions from the point of near 1000 MLN and a half to 4000 MLN people, the population of developed areas remained2 stable over the entire period.
To conclude, both graphs experienced considerable increase in numbers of people. Each of them demonstrated population growth with chronological development, except a minor drop in level as for the first one and a period of constancy for the second graph.
